Stephen’s practice has always revolved primarily around property. In his commercial property work he has acted for small business owners and property investors, and his work has touched on niche areas such as large-scale auction disposals, agricultural land and overage agreements.
He has always, in addition, offered a range of private client services including wills, probate and Court of Protection work.
As one of the firm’s notaries, Stephen is regularly called upon to notarise documents for use in foreign jurisdictions. He also arranges legalisation of documents through the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office and the relevant consulates.
