Stephen Thirsk

A founding partner in the firm, Stephen brings to the table a wealth of experience and a client following of impressive size and loyalty. Many of his clients have instructed him over the past few decades.

Clients always appreciate the down-to-earth practical approach which is Stephen’s hallmark, allied with a detailed knowledge of his specialist practice areas.

Stephen’s practice has always revolved primarily around property work, encompassing residential transactions and commercial property where he has acted for small business owners and property investors. His work has touched upon niche areas, such as large scale auction disposals, agricultural land and overage agreements.

He has always, in addition, offered a variety of private client services including wills, probate and court of protection work.

As one of the firm’s notaries, Stephen is often called upon to notarise documents for use in foreign jurisdictions. He also arranges legalisation of documents via the Foreign Office and/or specific foreign embassies, when required.
