Who we are
Thirsk Winton is a firm of solicitors and notaries with offices in Mayfair and Woodford Green. We act for private individuals, families, property investors, business owners and overseas clients, and we are best known for our work in leasehold enfranchisement, property and commercial litigation, wills, trusts and probate, company and commercial matters and international notarial services.
We have deliberately stayed a compact, specialist practice. That means the solicitor you meet at the start is the solicitor who handles your matter, decisions are made quickly, and our advice is shaped around what you are trying to achieve rather than a standard process.
How we work
- Direct contact. You will always have the office telephone number and direct email address of the solicitor responsible for your matter, and we usually return calls the same working day.
- Plain English. We explain the law and your options in language that suits you, and we set out costs clearly before work begins.
- Regular updates. You will hear from us at every stage, not only when something needs signing.
- Modern tools. We use current matter and document management systems, secure electronic signing and online card payments, so that work moves quickly and your information stays protected.
Delivering excellent client service is about providing legal advice with greater speed and efficiency than ever before, without compromising on security or accuracy.
Regulation
Thirsk Winton LLP is authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA number 612505). Our notaries are regulated by the Faculty Office of the Archbishop of Canterbury. Details of how to raise a concern are on our complaints page, and our published price information is on the fees page.
